- Any information linking a user to network activity

- Payment card data (processed by payment providers)

Law enforcement requests: Due to our strict No-Log policy, we have no data to provide. We cannot identify a user with specific network activity.

Subscription and payment data is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 30 days after expiration.
Data may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
