Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the 4Freedom service and any person using the Service through the Telegram platform or the web dashboard.

The Service provides access to secure cloud infrastructure, including a personal management panel, encrypted server connections, and related tools.

2. Service Description

The Service is a cloud platform (SaaS) providing users with:

• Access to secure remote servers
• Personal connection and settings management panel
• Encrypted data transmission channels
• Connection configuration profiles

Access to the Service is available through a Telegram bot or via email registration on the web dashboard. Configurations, credentials, and panel access are provided through the bot interface or the dashboard.

3. Access and Eligibility

To use the Service, the User initiates interaction with the Telegram bot or registers via email. Separate registration is not required when using Telegram.

The User must be at least 16 years old.

The Service identifies the User by their unique Telegram identifier (Telegram ID) or email address.

4. Credits, Subscriptions and Payment

Access to the infrastructure requires credits or an active subscription.

Credits and subscriptions can be purchased via:

• Telegram Stars
• Cryptocurrency (CryptoBot)
• Credit/debit cards
• Other methods through support

Instant delivery and no-refund policy. The Service is provided immediately upon purchase. By making a purchase, the User confirms that access is provided instantly and waives the right of withdrawal.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. No-Log Policy

The Service operates under a strict No-Log policy. We do not track, record, store, or share:

• Browsing history
• Connection timestamps
• DNS queries
• IP addresses
• Traffic data, content, or destination

6. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use the Service in good faith. Prohibited activities include:

• Actions violating applicable laws
• Distribution of prohibited materials
• Spam, malware distribution, cyberattacks
• Fraud, identity theft
• Intellectual property infringement

7. Service Availability

The Service strives to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance through the bot.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The Service is not liable for:

• User actions
• Indirect damages
• Temporary unavailability due to technical reasons
• Actions of third parties

9. Changes

The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is available through the bot interface. By continuing to use the Service, the User accepts the updated terms.

10. Final Provisions

The Terms take effect from the User's first interaction with the Service.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. For all inquiries, contact us via the Telegram bot.
